They were very professional. Before they started, they put planks down so they wouldn’t damage our driveway. The bucket operator wore his safety harness and was careful about dropping the pieces of the tree to prevent damage or injury to anything or anyone below. When they backed the chipper over the front lawn, they made sure the lawn was solid enough to hold the chipper without making indentations. They cleaned up the brush nicely, leaving us the larger pieces for firewood (as we agreed upon beforehand). Prior to their coming, we had gotten a bid from another company that was much, much higher in price than Aerial Tree Service. Not only did Aerial charge less but also they were able to perform the work sooner. Would strongly recommend Aerial again.
